Referring Veterinarians

We welcome referrals from veterinarians. Here are some common reasons we see referrals to our practice.

Chronic pain (arthritis)
Patients that seem weak, but not necessarily painful (tend to be geriatric and weak in the rear)
Post-op orthopedic or neurologic for rehab and pain control-Dr. Cubelo specializes in home-exercise programs so owners can be a part of their recovery.
In-home euthanasia (including same day, and weekends, if available)
Chronic gastrointestinal upset patients
Chronic skin (feet and ears, too!) issues that aren’t “reading the book”
Hospice patients who want end-of-life care, comfort, or palliative care at home
IVDD, DM and paralyzed patients (the sooner the better)
Patients whose owners want to home-cook. We can provide complete and balanced recipes to prevent future deficits
Canine athletes or working dogs for performance maintenance
At-home technician appointments- you can provide the medication and prescription, we’re happy to help deliver the service. (A great example is fluid therapy for the stressed cat with renal insufficiency)
