Service Details and Pricing
Initial Integrative Consultation: $410 at home, $360 in office
90-minute session to review the patient’s history and physical exam and discuss client concerns, questions, and goals for the patient. A plan will be developed, and suggestions will be made. If applicable, the first therapy (acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, etc.) will be performed. This also provides access to the first month of our Vet-to-Pet Direct Subscription.
Conventional Veterinary Visits: $160 at home, $130 in office
45-minute session to review concerns, treatment plans and progress, no integrative services will be performed.
Integrative Appointment Follow Ups: $225 at home, $175 in office
60-minute session allowing for Dr. Cubelo to perform integrative services such as, Tui-na, acupuncture or chiropractic care as appropriate for your pet. The services provided may vary from appointment to appointment and are decided on based on your pet’s needs and history.
Extended Appointment Times: $50 charged in 20 minute Intervals
Chiropractic Adjustment 20 min: $65 in office only
20-minute in office session to assess and discuss concerns and perform a full body chiropractic adjustment
Technician Appointments: Price may vary based on time and extent of treatment
30-60 minute appointment for patient care, including (but not limited to) subcutaneous fluid therapy, injectable medication administration, and nail trims. Patients must have proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination. Medications costs additional.
Telehealth: $100
45 minute virtual appointment for us to review questions and concerns that do not require a pet’s physical exam. The patient’s history will be reviewed beforehand; however, without an in-person physical exam within the past six months, no medications can be prescribed, nor can conditions be diagnosed. These appointments are best as an update for current treatments, time to go in-depth about questions for integrative medicine, or quality/end-of-life discussions.
Final Veterinary Appointments: $365 at home, $315 in office
Say goodbye to your pet in the comfort of your home or our living-room styled office. This includes a clay paw print and, if requested, a fur clipping.
We often coordinate with Cherish Pet Cremations (757-630-2926) for aftercare services. These services are separate and paid directly to Cherish Pet Cremations.
Additional emergency, weekend, after-hour, and holiday fees: $35-280. Travel fees may apply based on location and distance, however, Virginia Beach, Norfolk and most of Chesapeake are no additional cost.
Once care has been established, additional services are available:
Herbal Consultation: $50
After an in-person session, an herbal consultation with a Master Herbalist can be made. This will provide the best recommended Herbal prescription for your pet. Chinese Herbs are sold separately, to be home-shipped directly to you usually within a week.
Food Therapy Recipe: $100
After an in-person session, a complete and balanced food recipe can be formulated specifically for your pet. These recipes are designed for pets to be fed a 100% home-cooked diet.
Rehabilitation Home Exercise Program: $100
After an in-person session, a 4-week home-exercise program will be designed for your pet. This will be designed based on your pet’s needs and limitations and client ability. A recheck is required before another program can be developed to monitor for improvements or challenges.
Cancellation within 24-hour business day fee: $100
Missed or forgotten appointments will be charged for veterinary visit of $130. We understand things come up but last-minute changes prevent us from being able to help another pet and family in need of our services.
